In my opinion dog kennels are a cruel way of keeping dogs as they long to be with there owner most of the time and need lots of love and attention. Most dog lovers like the company of their best friend and would prefer them to be in the home at all times. There are also holiday or vacation places that cater for all the family so you are able to take your dogs with you without having to leave them with strangers in boarding kennels.
